Jello! How Are You?
Food from a bygone era: the jello mold...
I can only imagine what these molds filled with fish, fruit, hot dogs and/or meat products tasted like. Have any of you ever had the pleasure?

I never heard of this! I might try it at home some day.
That old lady is great, it reminds me of a homeless woman who asked for change almost every day while I was in the bus stop on my way to school about 10 years ago...
WOW! Your new site redesign looks slick!
Adding extra stuff to gelatin molds is an older persons' right of passage. Heck, fruit cake is still pretty popular for some reason. Great drawing!

........OHHHHHHH....Jello...like hello....HAHAHAHAAHAHAH....I get it now!
Yeah Gabe dude!
They still sell them in some countries around Europe. You can definitely get em in Czech Republic!
They're not that great. It just tastes like whatever's inside tastes like if you were eating it with slightly pickle-like tasting jello. So not that great at all.
But people still seem to eat it.
Wow Gabe, this Grandma looks very sympatic... maybe I would not taste her Jello ! Your new blog design looks very nice that way, especially Mario Racoon looking at the birds ! wow ! Great !
Nice Super-Mario super-animated blog super-banner! The new light blue background color looks great too!

Ah, yes...I remember JELLO well....
TV trays with our plates, forks and spoons at the ready, patiently waiting for our "surprise dessert"... with Lawrence Welk playing on TV. Finally, my mother comes in the living room bringing this shimmering, shiny green jewel that shook as she walked towards our plates, proud as proud can be. The mere thought of what it could be was more than we could bear. As she approached our plates, she held out our prize...there, inside was fruit cocktail, pretzels, and miniature marshmellows. Our mouths were so wet with anticipation my brother and I could hardy sit still...could this really be for us?!!? My father broke the silence as only he could do...
"what the hell is THAT?!!?" My mother cried.
Interesting site. Useful information. Bookmarked.
